I have searched the inner webs as best I could and could find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am running v2.3.1 on a shared Godaddy server, I know I know. We are also using Office 365 as our mail provider. I am having trouble getting Magento/GoDaddy/Office365 to play nice together. I know the main problem is Godaddy. But has anyone been able to set up there store like this? I have installed Mageplaza's SMTP plug in to no avail.
I have read online that GoDaddy blocks O365 relay server and I have to use there's. I have tried and have not got that to work either.
I am running out of options. Any ideas, besides moving away from GoDaddy?
To confirm, are you using Office365 to send out transactional emails?
If you are, you may want to consider using a specialized transactional email provider like SendGrid or Mandrill instead.

I had issues with godaddy email. I used magepal's smtp instead og mageplaza. And it worked like a charm. Please use below module that will surely help you out.
You can just use godaddy smtp details and it will be working.

I can't seem to get any emails to work, order confirmation emails are not working.
