How to improve TTFB?

Hi, I am trying to improve my TTFB speed for my website, could anyone advise what would improve the speed? My site is:

Hello @posie88,

 

I have checked and found that you need to work on below points

  1. Merge js & CSS
  2. Enable production mode
  3. Enable varnish cache
