I am Unable to upload some Third Party Text

Hi i am the owner of jewelrynest.com i signed a while ago to cloud flare due to the security measures i am unable to upload some text in my HTML home page

If you are adding to the homepage and it's not visible, then It may be due CloudFare CDN caching or Magento page caching.

You can either map your server IP in the systems 'hosts' file to bypass CDN or disable/flush the CDN to check changes.

That problem it cause due my ip that i did not white list and it was solve, but my problem is now i add a new category that do not appear in front end

Did you try refreshing or flushing your caches under Magento Admin > Configuration > Cache Management after adding the category?
