Prepare move to Magento Cloud

Hi guys,

I have planned to move my project from AWS to Magento Cloud. I have read some docs about Magento Cloud and it seems like I only need to prepare the project's Git so I'm quite confused about it.

Could someone let me know what more I need to do to Move to Magento Cloud?
