Problem with Magento 2.2 - Apache crashes, no pics for icons on Magento admin panel...

Hi,

new here and have problem... Smiley Happy ...:
I have installed newest xampp 1.9.0 on Win7 pro 64bit laptop without any problems except alert information that I have turned on UAC service, but when I checked, such service is not turned on!?

After that, copied newest Magento 2.2 community version in htdocs, and went all through the magento setup without any problems.

BUT !, when I open Magento admin panel, it opens very slowly and without any pics for icons. Also, menu doesn't work... click on almost any doesn't respond...!??!

Nobody knows !??! Smiley Surprised ...very disappointed ! Smiley Tongue

btw... I have reinstalled xampp 7.0.6 because I've seen that 7.1.9 is not supported, and now Apache works stable, but all problems with magento CMS are still there !!! Smiley Sad

Open up JavaScript console in your browser and post whatever is there.

Are you familiar with SSH.

You need to generate static content.

You go do that with a command:

php bin/magento deploy:mode:set production
