What is table report_event used for?

Hi all,

I am trying to identify possible table purge candidates to keep our database at a manageable size. I was unable to find any reference to this table in the Dev Docs, and the data within is rather cryptic. Can someone help me understand how this table is used in Magento?

Hi @andrewgradish 

Use of report_event table is for the events tracking in your magento environment as you can see that there are event id time and object id which will help us to track event details fire in our magento environment this table is also accocaited with   "report_event_types" which have our events name entry for more info find below link.
