magento 2.3.0 is very slow

in my system magento 2.3.0 is working very slow & products is only showing in admin panel-not in home page.i m using luma theme and products,menu bar,any image are not showing  in home page..

What type of hosting are you using, shared hosting/vps/or dedicated server? does it meet Magento 2 system requirement? what theme/modules you are using on your Magento 2 website?
