Adding a filtering system

Hi, I want to add a filtering system in the left column of my theme. I've tried a lot of different things, none seems to work. That said I'm just starting to try to wrap my head around Magento. 

So the red box is where I want to add the filtering system. How do I do that? Thanks in advance.

Hi @emil_faurholdt,

You should add products to your category first and then set that category with the attribute "Is anchor" as "Yes".
