Atention, something went wrong Error

Hello!

 

After fresh installation of Magento 2.1.7 and then the theme, when we try to acces Content > Design > Configuration we stumble upon

"Attention
Something went wrong."
 
error while loading and then the page loads forever without result.
 
Theme developers said that is Magento 2 error.
 
Related to this, we cannot change logo, or mage header setting (like sticky header, etc.)
 
What can we do?

Hi @claujohanis,

Can you check on a DEV environment using the Developer mode to see what is failing?

Maybe you can confirm if Magento's logs or the webserver error log has some information.

Unfortunately I don't know what DEV is and how to do that

A DEV (Development) environment instead the LIVE store (to avoid to break the store on production).

Oh, ok! Got it!

I set up new website on different domain and at the end i just move it to the desired location.

So the change is overnight.
