Back in Stock notification

Hi,

I have backorders enabled on my website, so if a client what to order the item, he can do so. By getting the qty of the product, I am displaying the In Stock / Out of Stock label in product information page.

My question, is there a way to show also "Notify me when this product is in stock" message, when qty is 0, but item is still marked as in stock in backend?
