I a trying to change the logo on Community version(2). I dont see any option according to the user guide. Please reply me with the solution. I will be greatfull to you

I guess you're useing Magento 2.1.x, right?
In Magento 2.0.x you can set those design options into Stores -> Configuration -> Design
But Magento 2.1.x has changed the location of those configurations.
Now you need to go through Content -> Design -> Configuration. Then you'll see a grid. Choose a theme and next screen will see something like this:
