Command Line Application??

Hello all!

I'm very new to Magento and am trying to install my new theme. 

I have extracted the files to my server and the next step is to enable the modules via the bin/magento command line application.

The instructions say that it is the same command I used when installing Magento, but I used Softaculus to install my Magetno so I have non idea what or how I access this command line thingie!???

If anybody could shed some light on this, it would be much appreciated.

You can run the Commands in Windows Command Prompt or Linux/Ubuntu Terminal. 

To run the command: 

• OPen CommandPrompt of your windows or Terminal of your Ubuntu
• Go to your Magento root directory. e.g. type 'cd magento'

and then run the commands below: 

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

php bin/magento setup:di:compile

php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
