Extra white space appears below footer when checkout as guest using In-store pickup shipping method

Magento Version: 2.4.2-p1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable In store pickup shipping method.

2. Add product to cart and Checkout as a guest user.

3. Select In store pickup as shipping method.

Actual Result:

There is additional white space added below the footer.

Expected Result:

Space at the bottom of the page should not be present.
