How to add the front page blocks/images from the Luma theme without importing ALL sample data?

I am just looking to replicate the front blocks/images from the Luma theme without importing all the sample data.

I am still learning how blocks work, etc - what is the easiest way to do this?

Ive been wondering the same thing. I couldn't find any good tutorials on how they have that made.
