I just downloaded Magento 2.1.0 through Softaculous... Everything seems to be working fine, however

I just downloaded Magento 2.1.0 through Softaculous... Everything seems to be working fine, however the area to add/edit your logo & favicon, etc in STORES>CONFIGURATION>GENERAL>DESIGN is not being displayed... 

 

Is there something wrong or is the option in a different area of the admin?

I found it. The moved it under CONTENT>DESIGN>CONFIGURATION.  Not exactly obvious. They should have left a tool tip or something under it's previous location.
