Installing a fresh theme through cpanel/magento wizard

Hi,

Although I think my problem here is very primitive but I still couldn't find a solution, so anyways...

I looked at all the tutorials on youtube in order to install a new theme on my magento through cpanel but all of them talk about using php and filezilla. 

I have magento installed on siteground and have cpanel or magento wizard. Is there a way I can install new theme through cpanel on my siteground server without using any complicated codes?

I presume that there must be a way to install a new theme and deploy its database using cpannel.

Hello,

for upload purpose, you can use cpanel for that.

but for deployment purpose, you must need to use ssh for that.

How to do it? Please share some link of some tutorial (not documents as they are tough to understand). I need a step by step guide. 

This is a very primitive so I'm assuming there should some tutorial videos for that, but i couldn't find any.
