Location of the LUMA categories menu

I'd like to edit the file generating the categories menu of LUMA. does anyone know the location of the phtml file or the categories?

module-theme\view\frontend\templates\html\topmenu.phtml

mostly content coming from block file.

If it will help you then mark as solution.

By Default Category top menu coming from Vendor Theme module.

Path is 

vendor\magento\module-theme\view\frontend\templates\html\topmenu.phtml

But They will generate dynamically from Topmenu.php Block file,

Location of php file path wil be,

Magento\Theme\Block\Html\Topmenu.php
