Magento 2.1.8 - Translation issues, js-translation.json not found

Hi, i'm new with magento.

here is the project. The configuration section doesn't load (we tried an extension, now disabled for testing). 

We have to solve the issue explained in the console ( text.js:132 GET http://emmevi.clickcart.it/pub/static/version1503585941/frontend/SlTechnology/clickcart/it_IT/js-tra... 404 (Not Found) ).

We create a child theme based on luma, but deactivating it and using the native one the issue is the same,

anyone can help?
