Magento 2 Shipping Count Down Timer

Hi,

Does anyone know how I would go around implementing a shipping count down timer which is displayed on every product page saying something along the lines of 'Order in the next XX Hours, XX Minutes XX Seconds and receive your order tomorrow'

Are there extensions out there for this? Currently running EE 2.3
