My checkout and my cart links ae moved to top links

Dear Team,

I am used magento 2.3 Acer theme. I need "My checkout" and "My cart" link are shows in top links near by "My account". Please find the screenshot below.

How can i customize the layout to shows these two menu in top links.

What are the steps to achieve it? Any one help me.
