Pop-up cookies cannot close

Hello,

The pop-up "allow cookies" on the bottom cannot be closed

see the bellow picture, how can this be fixed?

Hi @clemence_benharbon,

You clicked the Allow cookies button or not? let me know. If you didn't click the allow cookies button just click it and otherwise it will appear for long time. even if you clicked the button the pop up appearing means need to check in your code.

If I click on "allow" it will close but what if someone doesn't want to get cookies?

Hi @clemence_benharbon,

Usually for cookies pop-up appears with ignore option in top right or left corner as x. But in your cookies there is no option to avoid the cookies. So did you use extension for the cookies? if you used any extension for it. I think there is problem in the extension. It's better to find and fix the issues in it or otherwise remake  the module.need to make changes in your code.

I did you use the magento extension for the cookies so then it means that the issue is coming from magento itself?

Hi @clemence_benharbon,

Yeah! If you used any extension for cookies there is nothing problem in magento, but it will be in your extension. you need to check your extension only.
