I am using this http://newsmartwave.net/magento/porto/documentation/1 theme. I would like to customize it.

I would like to modify words of below image.

How can I do that??

It is set from the xml file at below location :
app/design/frontend/Smartwave/porto/Magento_Customer/layout/default.xml

The label Sign in is set from /vendor/magento/module-customer/Block/Account/AuthorizationLink.php
