Product Name on the Product Page

I'm trying to have my developer remove the Product name that is showing just below my Base image on Product page but apparently he is telling me it can not be removed or moved further below. i'm not convinced maybe someone can help me here, please see the screen print link https://prnt.sc/vv2x2t
