On freshly installed Magento version 2.4.2-p1, the Qty field on Product Configuration page is not aligned with the rest of the selectable attributes. Through several searches and research I am unable to find a viable solution or a location within a config file (i.e. css, .xml) to align it properly. I am using the out of the box Luma theme without any customizations so not sure why the alignment is off. Below shows the alignment for a test product.
