Hi,
Fotorama, when you click on the product image on the detail page, opens the image full size and we would like to make the window smaller, centered over the product page, and make it so when you click on any area around the fotorama image window, it should close the window and take you back to the product page that was open below. Something like the behavior on this page when you click the image to view larger:

I've read some of the advice out there but does anyone here have any insight or as an alternative, how could I use a different module to show the larger product image with the desired behavior.
