Yes, it is possible to uninstall the PWA Studio and install a different theme in Magento 2. Please follow the steps below to do so:

• Disable or uninstall PWA Studio:
  • If you have installed PWA Studio using the command line, you can uninstall it by running the following command from your Magento 2 root directory:
    • npm uninstall @magento/pwa-buildpack

If you have installed PWA Studio using Composer, you can disable it by removing the "magento/pwa-buildpack": "^7.0" entry from your composer.json file and running composer update.

•  Install a new theme:
  • There are different ways to install a new theme in Magento 2, but the general process involves downloading or creating a new theme package and uploading it to your Magento 2 installation.
