I have purchased a theme and I was told that the site would be responsive but according to pingdom my site takes 9.78 sec to load. I would ideally want to reduce it to around 3 sec.
Also, I was promised a mobile friendly theme but according to 'google mobile friendly test' my website is not user friendly. You may see the exact issues that sites pointed out on pingdom and 'google mobile friendly test' respective websites.
I brought up these issues with the theme developer but he hasn't responded.
Are the errors because of the theme or because I might have done something wrong while installing magento or the theme?
