Shipping Titles not being displayed on checkout
Hi,
We have created a flat rate shipping and a free shipping option on our site at southernrecords.co.uk.
The actual monetary values show but the descriptions ar not displayed.
When you move onto Review and Payment it displayes both the title and the monetary value (although they are not well formatted).
Any help would really be appreciated as we are pretty new to Magento2
Thanks
Rich

Re: Shipping Titles not being displayed on checkout
Another way is try with default luma theme and check shipping title is proper display or not. If in luma its display proper then issue is related to your custom theme.

Re: Shipping Titles not being displayed on checkout
Hi Rakesh,
Thanks for your reply.
We changed the theme to Luma and still have the same issue - no method name showing alosgside the radio button and price. We also now get a red "X" and red highlighted area showing which seems to be for showing error messages.
You can see it at southernrecords.co.uk - purchase an item and progress to the checkout and the issue is the shipping at the bottom of the page
We are new to Magento2 so any help would be great.
Cheers
Rich

Re: Shipping Titles not being displayed on checkout
Hi,
We had problems with the htaccess file which are ISP changed - something to do with versioning and the access levels it was set at.
Thanks
