Theme configuration

Hi,

I have just installed a theme on my magento 2.2.4. Now I would like to configure it.

Can someone please share me related documents/video which will explain from scratch?

For eg I do not know what is - Default Page Layout For Category Page, would mean and changing  rows and columns will change what. 

I tried playing around but realise that it would just waste my time.

Well i understand the problem you are facing , but as you have purchased theme so its totally depended on theme configuration settings.

how theme developer have given configuration/settings for specific theme , as this configuration may gets changed on different different themes.

So you can ask your theme developer for theme documentation , so from there you can get some more idea on it .

Also i am sharing magento user guide , from there you will get how to change scope , how to change default page and lot many other information as it have detailed explanation on it .
