Toolbar amount in meta description of categories on google search results.

For some reason the text from the toolbar "Items 1-21 of many" is added to the meta description of the categories on the google search results. Anyone know where it comes from or how to remove it ?

From Backend :
Admin login> content > configuration > edit design configuration (store name) >  HTML head( Default Description)

From Frontend:
Here is a path of meta description of full site-

app/design/frontend/Magento/luma/Magento_Theme/layout/default.xml

Here is a path of meta description of categories- 

app/design/frontend/Magento/luma/Magento_Catalog/layout/default.xml
