Translating transactional emails

I can't find where to translate transactional emails. Can somebody help?

Elfstone,

You would have to add multiple of the same email..

e.g. New Order  - EN, New Order  - DE, New Order  - ES

and then in the relavant areas where you choose which email you want to send; select the appropriate email for each store view.
