Website not loading properly?

I'm having an extremely odd issue where when I first visit my website the slider at the top doesn't load nor does it show any new products underneath it.

However, if you press the home button it all loads up?

Anyone have any ideas why or how to fix it?

It also appears that if refreshing the page it causes the same issue - even on a product page.

UPDATE : Not necessary now, i'm going for a fresh install.

Your hosting panel dont provide the magento installation ? . They have made the installation part very easy of CMS . I checked the linked you are doing the installation

I decided to do a fresh install and updated to php 7 so lets see if that's any better.
