Hello @chathuramk 

Looking at the shared store view source code - it seems like they have created a custom theme (frontend/default/ltreact/) by overrding the default theme of Magento.

Or may be they have used premium theme and later they have overrides into their custom theme so from the view source code it just a custom theme.
