help needed with error message

hi guys i have hit an error message and dont know why its happened?

please help

Please rename file pub/errors/local.xml.sample to pub/errors/local.xml

so i have re-renamed the file back to its original name, it seems to be happening when i try to create a block.

The site is in Production mode- so I am unable to go into developer more.
