setup:upgrade Nothing to import

Hello,

I installed Magento 2.2.1.

I installed a new theme

When I excuted this command sudo php bin/magento setup:upgrade

After some lines My CLI showed me Nothing to import

And in my admin I can't find my new theme.

Any idea please?

Can you check your backend and look for Content -> Design -> Themes?
