2.3.3 Where can I change product and category images?

Using 2.3.3 and Webkul Multi-Vendor Agorae theme

Please tell me where product and category images are saved.  I've read they are in view.xml, but there are over 8 view.xml in my magento directory. 

Webkul refuses to fix the issue or tell me which file to edit, yet I paid $174 for support.

Hello @Sheba 

If you want to change the images only, you can do from product edit page in admin or category page in admin

Or if seller uploaded that product, seller can change the image from his account.

@Sheba As the @theMageComp if you are using multi vendor then login in admin with the vendor account and go to Catalog->Product and edit the product for which you want to change the image.

Then upload the images for that particular product and save it.

Remember to flush cache after this and if images still not shown then also do reindexing once.

Follow same process for category.

Did not work.  Webkul tells me the way the images are showing is magento's default which it is not. There is an issue with their code.

@Sheba when you have changed the image from product edit section are you getting any error for the same?

No errors.  I uploaded different images to see if I can get the right size.

Yes. php bin/magento indexer:reindex
I know the issue is Webkul's code and I can't find it to fix it.
