Adding two additional parameters other than Shipping & Tax

Can I add two additional cost parameters that add up to the product cost, with the tax & shipping for any product

For example,

Product cost: Rs 750

Printing charges:  Rs 200

Design charges: Rs 50

GST:              Rs 180

Shipping:     Rs 120

Total: Rs 1300

There are few extensions available which adds extra fee in order total and even you can set your extra fee rules as well.
