After upgrade Magento to 2.3.5 setup:upgrade error

I upgraded magento2.1.8 to 2.3.5 and when I run setup:upgrade I get the following error

Module 'Magento_MysqlMq':
Type Error occurred when creating object: Magento\Framework\Communication\Config\Data

If I disable `magento_amqp` and `magento_mysqlmq` then I receive error 500 on getting shipping methods by

rest\/spanish\/V1\/guest-carts\/XUay2lz6xg3ngyt61EweWozUDI8lrpcJ\/estimate-shipping-methods

 request.

How can I identify where is the error? How can I solve this? Thank you!

Instead of disabling the modules can you please try below solution at your end once.
