Hi @pedro _rivera

Yes - you can customized the extension and theme both !

if you wanted to customized core extension (Magento native extension) then you need to override those into app/code directory and then you can customize it over there

Same way if you wanted to customize theme you can override that theme into your custom theme in app/design directory and then you can customize it for the same !
