Customer registration with address form not working

Hello,

When I enable the address form block in the Customer Register form, all interaction are blocked.

Like the reload of Captcha image is not possible.

The current version of Mage is 2.4.2.

An idea ?

This has been fixed in Magento version 4.2.3.
