Discount coupon remove not working from checkout

Observed in Magento Commerce 2.3.2. Need to perform below steps for replicate:
1. applied coupon from Cart Page
2. trying to remove Applied coupon from Checkout Page. Its showing success message on checkout page
3. Goto Cart Page, you will noticed that Coupon code is there and its applied. OR if you refresh the checkout page, you will observe that coupon code is still applied.

I have followed the exact steps which you have mentioned on the instance of Magento 2.3.2 and its not re-producible for me.

Meaning if i remove coupon code from the checkout page and then refresh the checkout page then it will not showcasing me coupon code applied - but it will remove that coupon code - same happen with cart page as well. 

I go back with cart page and checked the same it will not showing me coupon code applied !

May be in your cache its coming from cache - can you check with some other browser or in private window mode.

Please check database quote table once your canceled that promo code, then check that cart row If still showing then something issue with your code. Might be something you customized in Checkout. 

Check from cart page, cancel from cart page and then check it is working or not?

Remove Magento and browser cache to verify. Let me know if any finding
