Edit Payment Credit Card block in checkout

I want to put additional information in the Payment part of checkout when a customer selects 'Credit Card'. (We want to let customers know that our parent company's name will be on the cc statement.) I just can't figure out which file to update to do it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I ended up hard coding it into the page. Not the greatest solution, but it works.
