How to disable shipping for certain products

We recently migrated to Magento 2 and we are having trouble figuring out how to (or if it's possible) disable shipping for certain products. We have a certain set of products that are only available for pick up at our physical stores. The inventory is shown online but we want to turn off shipping in the checkout process. We want customers to be able to order the products online but be made aware they have to go to the store to pick them up. Can this be done?

Well , In Magento 2 native this kind of functionality is not available , either you need to do customization or you can use premium third party extension for that !
