How to get product collection where Qty < Notify Qty (M 2.4 with MSI)

I'm new to M2 and MSI. I'm trying to make an extension like I did in M1 where I could get a shopping list for what I need to restock.
But I can not find how to access the product attribute for Notify Qty.

What I want to do is to list all products where Qty > Notify Qty.

I am using Multi Stock Inventory, so I need to fetch Notify Qty from all sources.
