How to learn Magento 2 development?

For the past two years I have been managing a Magento store, including migrating from 1 to 2. I created the theme and installed all of the extensions. I have tweaked some php code here and there. I would really like to learn how to be a full stack Magento 2 developer. My problem is I don't know where to start. I have read all of Alan Storm's stuff and the Swift Otter guides. I have started the Magento University Fundamentals of Development course but I am not quite ready. What are the best ways to learn Magento 2 development?
