How to override Shipping costs?

Hi All,

We have very recently decided to move to Magento 2.2 it works almost perfectly for us so far.

However, is it possible to override the price of shipping at checkout and say half it? We're looking to this on a very specific product basis.

Any thoughts or comments are greatly appreciated.

may be you can create new shipping method and you can do customization based on product based
