How to send custom email to registed user email ?

                  I want to send  discounts data through email to the registered customers. How can i achieve this ? can anyone guide me ?

You want to send coupon code to customers ? or you want to send the cart price and catalog price marketing promotional rule data to customers ?

Please elaborate more so its help us to troubleshoot the issue.
