How to send payment on phone number in magento?

Hi, I want to integrate a payment method in magento2 that allow customer's to send money on phone number. Is there any free extension for this ? Or how can i do it pro-grammatically?

Juice payment method that is used in Mauritius.. I want to integrate this payment method
