Image with a Custom Offline Payment

Hi,

I have built a custom offline payment method to show on frontend.

For the last 2 weeks, I have been trying to add an image next to the custom payment to make it easier to recognize, like paypal, but I cannot manage to do it (http://prntscr.com/slqwlc)

Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
