Import custom csv with custom column

I want to import custom product  from csv with multiple categories in different column. As magento import accept categories in single column with comma sepearted . Is there any extension or custom code for import products.

I think your requirement is very specific.

Maybe the best approach is to use some module like https://github.com/firegento/FireGento_FastSimpleImport2 and build your own importer.
